We have some default backgrounds. But you can also request a customized one!

- the number of characters to be caricatured.

- whether to draw the whole body or just the face.

- if you choose a default background or ask for a customized one.

Yes, absolutely, you can use it with whatever you want.

Your digital orders will take between 3 and 5 days to deliver.

The more pictures the better.

This allows our artists to analyze the details of the faces in order to make the caricature look as similar as possible.

We highly recommend that you upload high-quality images where faces, colors, and textures are visible. This way we will be able to get everything right and there will be no need for revisions 🙂

If you have more than 10 people you want to get drawn, you should send us an email or contact us through the chat.

We can make any size, you tell us. Without particular indication our standard is 3508 x 4960 pixels in digital format, which is printable in HD A3 size. Concerning the prints, we propose several possible sizes to choose from in the dedicated product sheets.

We will send you your high-resolution digital image via email.

We believe in quality, meaning we strive to make your gift the “perfect” one. If for any reason you are still unsatisfied, you have the right to ask for up to 3 revisions of your drawing. 🙂

You can just send us an e-mail to the address support@mangaportrait.com or you can just answer the e-mail where we send the digital version of the illustration. Don't forget to send the number order as well so we can easely match your request to your order

No, but modifications must not exceed the limits defined below, otherwise a quotation will be sent to you before any further modifications are made. It is the responsibility of the customer to specify in the instructions for the artist all the details s/he wishes to see in his/her order and these will be taken into account by our artists. Each customer can ask to modify 3 details on his order thanks to a send/return by email. The request must take place within 48 hours after delivery of the digital drawing. On the other hand, details not included in the order form and communicated after the 48 hours deadline will incur additional costs.

If you have validated the cartoon for printing, you will not be able to request changes.
